    comfortable bed
    unreliable elevator

Unexpected chaos, but a great bed!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a soothing end to my chaotic day. I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom after such an exhausting journey.

The elevator was unreliable, causing delays as I rushed to check out. I even witnessed someone almost get locked in, which added to the stress.

    cozy pool
    coffee station
    noise issue

The cozy pool area was perfect for winding down after a long day, and I loved the coffee station in the lobby for my morning pick-me-up. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my overall vibe. ☕️

Breakfast options could use improvement for senior guests.

My kids wished for more breakfast options. The complimentary breakfast ran out too early and the staff member on duty seemed uninterested in helping refuel it.

    A Refreshing Stay in Olympia!

My solo getaway was enhanced by the friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast offered a great selection, and I particularly enjoyed the homemade pastries. If you plan to explore Olympia, consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a better view! Will definitely return.

Spacious room with a lovely view of Capitol Lake and good security. The added touches like extra towels were nice!

    power outages

Started off on a rough note with no heat in the room on the first night, forcing me to use a space heater that barely did its job. I faced three power outages during my stay, keeping the lights off for about an hour on one occasion. As if that wasn’t enough, the water stopped working completely, leaving me unable to take a shower or flush the toilet, which wasn’t ideal, especially post-surgery. The sliding glass door only opened a few inches, which was puzzling, while the ice machine was out of order and vending machines on higher floors were practically empty.

    friendly staff
    prime location
    old decor
    inconsistent water temperatures

There's a lot to appreciate about this hotel, especially the friendly staff and its prime downtown location. Rooms are generally clean, but some details like old decor and inconsistent water temperatures could be improved. Be cautious about the area outside—there's quite a bit of visible unrest.
